It's now 10 years since my father, John Adams passed away from cancer, the disease that affects so many of us. He was always an active man yet didn't take on this challenge. I'm therefore doing this for him! I always told him I would, just a shame it's taken me this long!

During the last few months of his life Macmillan really were there for him and the family, they made everything a lot better, I honestly don't know where we would have been without them.
