Thanks for taking a look at my page.

No runs this year but I thought I'd have  crack at the coast to coast bike ride it's about 140 miles in 3 days. 

The date of the ride is the 19th-21st of June.

I thought it would also be an opportunity to raise some money for the MS Society in support of my mum. So if you can make a small donation it's much appreciated.
