There is not anyone who does not know someone affected by cancer, that horrible sense of helplessness we can find ourselves with. And it's work by such charities as Cancer Research UK where we can contribute to helping create causes to end the suffering we see around us.

I am a hugger, not a fighter (though I love a verbal tussle). 

Pushing myself out of my comfort zone and doing this will be interesting/exciting/fulfilling (especially for those I have annoyed) ...

I will start now by just generally looking after myself better. I have quit smoking, and this commitment will help me keep going with that. I have started exercising, so hopefully, this will not completely shock the system. I might/maybe/possibly think about improving my diet (I love a Jaffa Cakes or ice lollies).
