Story
For many the thought of Abseiling off the tallest office block in Gloucestershire would leave them in a cold sweat – but at the age of 93, Les Pugh is determined to rise to the challenge in aid of two local charities. Stonehouse resident Les will take part in this year’s Eagle Aseil Charity Challenge on Sunday April the 19th. Les is the oldest fundraiser to sign up for the event, which takes place off Cheltenham’s 168-foot Eagle Tower. All monies raised will be split equally between the MS Centre and the Cotswold Riding for the disabled.
