Story
Than you so much for taking the trouble to click onto my page I really appreciate it........Let me tell you what we're up to.
Next year on 3rd of March 2012 Steve and I ( yes that's HUSBAND Steve!) have made the decision to cycle 470km from Bariloche in Argentina to Puerto Varas in Chile across the Andes. Why you may ask? The main reason is that the charity we are doing it for (TUF -The Urological Foundation) is a charity that researches into causes and treatment of all urological diseases including bladder and prostate cancer. Without this research I probably wouldnt be here now functioning without a normal bladder and so its payback time in my book. The other reason is that my surgeon Peter Rimington asked us both to join him on this epic challenge so how could we refuse?
As we are both taking part we have to raise a stonking £7000 and we need your help.We will do the hard part- cycling about 50 miles a day over hilly rough terrain and you do the (hopefully) not so hard part of supporting us with this challenge by making a donation to this page or supporting our fund raising events or preferably both!
We both would like to thank you so much in anticipation of your generosity.
Ok here's the official bit......
