Crossroads Care – Skye and Lochalsh is dedicated to the provision of short breaks for carers within their own homes.

Established in 1986, they provide practical support for carers of people of all ages, including children, who have a disability or condition that means they need the care of another person.

Crossroads can help by taking over the caring responsibilities for a short period allowing the carer to take time to themselves.  Carers can be any age, including young carers.
