I never in a million years thought a children’s hospice would be somewhere I’d have any experience off. But Charlton farm and children's hospice south west have a special place in our hearts. They’ve been there pretty much from our daughter, Keira’s diagnosis of brain cancer, and even through covid, have given us some amazing support. I know watching my kids there that if the time comes that Keira spends her last days there, I know our son Austin will be safe, secure and looked after, while his mummies have to do the hardest thing a parent has to do, and say goodbye to his sister.

We are raising money by walking a mile for every bead of courage Keira has earned during her treatment. She currently has 452 beads.

We will be doing this walk by talking part in a Tors Challenge across Dartmoor.
