This year, in the lead up to my 50th birthday I embarked on a 50 Before 50 Birthday Challenge. The idea is to embrace life before my half century with a series of challenges ranging from fun ones like milking a cow and the Llanfairpg Cream Cracker Challenge to seriously scary ones like abseiling, doing a wing walk and performing a 5 minute comedy stand up routine.
