One of my best friends 15 old daughter has just been diagnosed with Crohn's. It has come as a massive shock and she is living everyday with discomfort and pain at present until her treatment commences. As with all illnesses progress is slow and no one knows what the future holds. It is for  this reason I have decided to run the GNR. Mia is a strong determined young lady and if I have half the determination she has I will do this.   Those who know me  know that running does not come easy but I’m going to give it my all.
