We deliver HIV education through football to create lasting change for young Africans

Story

'Le Saux Solid Crew' have somewhat foolishly agreed to play football for 12 hours to raise money for Tackle Africa. It's a fantastic charity that uses the language of football to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS and other health issues with young people across Africa.

Given that the average of the 8 of us is fast approaching mid-40's, we're a little nervous to say the least!

However, we're lucky enough to have our 'support crew' of Pete Simonsen's bride-to-be Molly and Alison Young (go team L&G!) to help us through the day! We're looking forward to the hard-earned homemade energy flapjacks, massages and being patched up when bits of our bodies fall off (cue Benny Hill style Nurses!!!)

It would be fantastic if you could sponsor us and then come along to Waterhall in Brighton (BN1 8YR) between 8am - 8pm on Saturday 20th July to laugh at us as our limbs stop working!

Thanks very much for your support, it's very much appreciated.
