Hi I'm Les 

I am doing a speedway and raising money for Parkinson's research as I am someone with parkisons I am eager to help them find a cure. I have never done a speedway before but i do enjoy riding motorbikes up until now my motorbikes have had breaks and gears and speedway bikes have neither! 

My Goal is do four laps in under three and a half minutes, please give what you can :) thanks.
