We fund research to stop prostate cancer killing men

Story

Well, I did it, without suffering liver failure, despite swallowing the odd mouthful of foul water.

My time for the swim was 31 minutes 33 seconds, which I'm rather pleased with, as you can see from my (yet again) smug smile.

Our team came 32nd out of 406 teams, though I have to say that's more to do with my teammates' prowess than mine. Paul, the cyclist, did his 40k in 1hr 3 minutes, and Dave did the 10k run in 40 minutes and 1 second.

Thanks again to everyone who sponsored me. Quite a nice total for The Prostate Cancer Charity. If you were waiting for proof that I actually did it before you sponsored me, here's some photographic evidence.

Thanks again, everyone. Cheers!
