On Sunday 19th May 19 our world was made a much darker place when we lost my cousin Saul. He was a man who touched so many lives and was someone who took family more serious than almost anyone I’ve ever met. 

'Like a wolf, his pack was his everything. He was a man of the highest highs and the lowest lows and everything he felt, he felt to the fullest.'

On the 25th of July i will be part of a team of 60+ riders to take part in a cycle ride from Daventry (Nothamptonshire) to Paris. We will be taking part in the approx 280 miles consisting of around 110 miles on day 1, 60 miles on day 2 (with ferry crossing) and 110 miles on day 3  when we arrive in Paris. 

The charity I have chosen is Mind. This is to raise awareness towards mental health . Every year 1 in  4 of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands are still struggling. 

We believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone
