One woman in four will experience domestic violence at some point in her lifetime and two women are killed each week in England and Wales by a current or former partner. Refuge supports thousands of women & children on any given day, experiencing domestic & sexual abuse, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, stalking, trafficking, prostitution & so-called honour based violence.

On the 13th May I will be swimming 5000 meters, 200 lengths of the pool without stopping. I believe I can do it in around 2 hours. Training is going well and I will be ready on the day!!
