Story
I've loved having long hair, having grown it for the last 10 years, but when I heard about children losing their hair from cancer treatment I wanted to do something to help. Being diagnosed with cancer is bad enough, but to lose your hair on top of that is awful, so I'm getting about 18 inches of my hair cut in the hope that some other child can benefit from it.
I'm donating my hair to a charity called Little Princess Trust who use it to provide real hair wigs to children who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other conditions. I also want to raise money for Clic Sargent, which is a charity that supports young people and their families affected by cancer.
