Story
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in march 2018! I received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and herceptin as my treatment. It was a hard fight to accomplish, especially with being paralysed and left wheelchair bound a few years previously. But i am now celebrating one year in remission! :)
Now im feeling alot stronger and as i live in a rural location, and have no problems social distancing. I will be pushing my wheelchair the distance of 10k a day, for 10 days, to help raise funds towards the race for life at home challenge! All in aid of cancer research uk. I am doing this in memory of those who we have sadly lost, and those friends who are still fighting an incredible fight!
I humbly ask all my fantastic friends to support me in this challenge i have set myself. i know it will be a hard one, but with true grit and determination i can do it for the cause.
Together we can conquer cancer! 💞
