Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.
The youngest two of my four daughters were both born prematurely, Chloe at 27 weeks 2lb 9.5oz now a healthy 9 year old and Holly at 25 weeks 1lb 13oz 4 years old, not so lucky has cerabal-palsy and epilepsy, but still a happy little soul, what struck me in our visits to various special care babie units was the amount of special equipment donated by BLISS so I wanted to take the opportunity to raise some money to enable them to continue their great work, by taking part in Audax UK's 1400km London-Edinburgh-London bike ride on my fixedwheel bike.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: BLISS will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
For those who wish to donate by cheque, make cheques payable to BLISS and send them to;
BLISS
69 South Lambeth Road
London

just add reference LEL on the back.
So please sponsor me now!
High all
A short note to let everyone know I completed the ride and thoroughly enjoyed my self along the way, below are a few statistics from the ride;
Total ride 1419.49km that includes my off route bits
Total time taken ; 106h 50m
Ride time 61h 58m = average riding speed 22.9km/h
Sleep time 17h 30m
That leaves the remaining 27 hours faffing and eating and cleaning etc
Thank you very much for sponsoring me. Your donation really means a lot to me and to BLISS.
