On the 20th April 2020 one of our dear colleagues at Hardcastle Burton was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 20, but was fortunate enough to have the tumour removed. Fast forward a year of chemotherapy and Becky was given the all clear on the 1st February 2021. Unfortunately, since this news was issued, further tumours have been found which means that the way forward now is to monitor the cancer and keep it under control with a different type of chemotherapy. As an office we wanted to raise some funds to support one of the many charities that has helped Becky through this difficult time. We have chosen to walk, run, cycle or row our way from Land’s End to John O’Groats and back throughout April, a distance of 1,940km. We are asking that you support our cause in anyway you can to enable The Teenage Cancer Trust to keep helping other young people with cancer as they have helped Becky.
