On 13th June 2022, I start an epic journey across the length of Great Britain from Land's End to John O'Groats in memory of my amazing son, Cameron, who died by suicide on 20th October 2019.  I don't want any other family to face the carnage of suicide and so suicide prevention is very important to me.  I am starting an open conversation across our land about suicide to bring the subject out of dark places and into the light.  In particular, I want to talk about "suicide safety planning" to ensure that we all have the skills to deal with suicidal thoughts and choose to live.
