We will be cycling over 1000 miles from Land's End to John o' Groats from the 24 August to 8 September.

We are raising money and awareness for Mind the Mental Health charity and riding in memory of Tom Sherrington who passed away on 17 July 2011. Tom was an amazing guy who will always live on in the memory of many people (http://vimeo.com/27098940). His family and friends support the charity Mind in his memory.

Mind is a brilliant charity who provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
