This summer I'm to cycle two big rides for charity. On May 18th I'd like to try and raise as much as possible for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice by riding over 100 miles on a mountain bike from Stoke to Llangollen and back. 

Douglas Macmillan was established in 1973 provides care for those suffering from incurable cancer.
