Story

Last summer Lawrence, my father-in-law suffered a cardiac arrest with no warning at home.

It was a complete shock to all of us especially as he was so fit and healthy. Lawrence tragically died on September 5th, a massive hole has been left in our world.

I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in Lawrence’s memory.
