Story
I will be aiming to break the official Guinness world record for the furthest distance run on treadmill in 24hours.
The current record stands at 264.7km in that time. That works out at an average of 5:34per km for the full 24hours.
The date for this is set for the End of March 2021. I have been working for a long time on this to build up. The countdown is on. I have had to adapt the start date from the 5th March to the end of March due to family personal circumstances that took priority.
The reason is to challenge myself mentally and physically in the biggest way. Not leaving the treadmill for 24hours. The hardest challenge I have ever embarked on.
I think mental health still carries such stigma on how and when people talk about it, especially during the pandemic. People need a voice and how they can talk to others, learning the mechanism's to help themselves, talk to the right people, be strong enough to say "I am not strong enough".
THIS IS BIG AND CAN HELP SO MANY OTHERS. LETS DO THIS
