Team RA Group are taking part in a Triathlon Sprint at Leeds Castle on Saturday 29th June. The triathlon will see us tackle a 5k run around the Castle grounds, a 750km moat swim & a 26km cycle.  We have a few seasoned pros amongst us but most of the team will be Triathlon novices!

And of course we are challenging ourselves all in the name of raising funds for an
amazing charity that RA Group work very closely with.

Refettorio Felix at St Cuthbert's are a drop-in and therapeutic centre that believes in a better way to build and sustain a community of vulnerable and socially-isolated people.  Their guests are often homeless and dealing with mental illness and or substance misuse challenges when they go to them.

Every weekday the centre offers a high quality 3 course lunch made entirely
from surplus food together with a plethora of services such as therapeutic
counselling, stimulating courses, free laundry and showers and creative workshops
to encourage a sense of purpose and self-development.

Many of their guests go to the centre for lunch and then stay for the warmth, care,
quality, inclusion and community that they provide.
