Virgin London Marathon 2014 · 13 April 2014 ·

The Brain and Spine Foundation transforms the daily reality of people affected by any neurological condition, anywhere in the UK, through frontline professional services, innovative social research, and bold campaigning for change.

Story

Running the London marathon, and more importantly to complete it, has been an ambition of mine for a few years so to finally be given the opportunity to do so, whilst raising money for charity at the same time is fantastic.

Tthe charity I am running for is the Brain and Spine Foundation. Although I do not personally know anyone who is affected enough to need their help, I am aware of the huge work and effort they go to in helping people who need it. They are funded almost entirely by voluntary donations, and provide support and quality information to those affected as neurological conditions and associated treatments are often complex.

So however big or small, if you can your donation will be greatly received and very much appreciated.

Back to the training!

Thanks,

Lee
