Story
On 19th June this year I am taking on the challenge of trekking up Snowdon, all 1085 meters of it, at night along my work colleague Vicki. The trek was supposed to take place last year but a thing called COVID got in our way.......
And what a tough year it’s been for all in the NHS, but especially for my colleagues in Respiratory Medicine. But in true team spirit we’ve pulled together and come through the other side. The last year has been both physically and mentally challenging so what better time to raise money for this amazing charity.
The British Lung Foundation is a Uk charity looking after the nation’s lungs. They offer a wealth of information and support for those with respiratory disease. They also play an important part in research which will help to improve and enhance the care received by those living with respiratory conditions.
