Throughout the month of January, I will be running 40 miles for #Fit4Compton to raise money for a hospice that is so close to our family's heart. 

In December 2019, my sister Melanie Morris, was cared for at Compton Hospice where she received care that was above and beyond. All members of the Compton team treated Mel with the dignity, love and respect that she well and truly deserved. Mel sadly passed away on 13.12.19. Staff at Compton were kind, caring and have supported our family ever since.

The care and facitlies at Compton Hospice allow families to spend time with their loved ones in an environment that is warm, welcoming and peaceful. Their expertise, kindness and compassion make a huge difference to families when they need it the most.
