I was asked to take part in a bike ride for charity!  I agreed, thinking no problem I go spinning that'll be a doddle!  However, I did not realise I had just stitched myself up big time!  This charity ride is a crazy 75 miles from London to Brighton!

So my next thought was better buy a bike!

I've been on a few jaunts, longest being 27 miles with a few pub pit stops!

I'm sure it won't just be blood, sweat & tears, there'll be a lot of laughs along the way.
