From the 1st February, to raise awareness and money for M.E. I am dying my hair blue for the M.E. Association. Blue is the internationally renowned colour for M.E. charities.
The M.E. Association is an important charity for increasing awareness and providing support, advice and resources for those affected by the condition.
Those of you who know me well understand how M.E. has impacted my life. Trust me there are thousands of others more severe and disabled than myself.
