In June last year a very close friend of mine tragically lost his father due to heart complications. After much deliberation on what to do we have both decided to run the big one, yes the Virgin London Marathon in aid of The British Heart Foundation. I've never run this distance before so its going to be very tough but a great experience and I am honoured that I can run this in his memory.
