Story

In September, I am taking part in the IronMan Triathlon in Tenby, Wales.

This is by far my biggest endurance challenge to date!!

The IronMan Tenby Course is considered to be one of the toughest IronMan courses in Europe.

The IronMan consists of a 2.4 mile (3.8KM) sea swim, 112 mile  (180KM) Cycle and a full 26 mile (41KM) marathon to finish!

I have decided to raise money for St Anne’s Hospice, part of St Davids Hospice on behalf of my Uncle Mike who sadly passed at the end of last year. They did a truly fantastic job caring and supporting him during his life-limiting illness.
