As most of you will be aware my father Michael harris  passed away recently after a long battle with c.o.p.d (chronic obstructive disorder) .

in memory  to him me and aaron Pritchard are running abp half marathon in may and new forest full marathon in September .

we will be running  in aid and support of the british lung foundation, who do excellent research and threatment,as well as supporting those who have this awful debilitating condition.
