In the last 18 months I've lost both my Grandad's, my Dad, my Stepdad and very nearly my life.. some of it my own doing... I've not had a drink since 18th Feb this year, not had a fag since 15th Sept.. lost 4.5 stone in weight.. The 26th October is the anniversary of my Dad passing away.. on the 27th I will be running the Great South Run for Cancer Research UK
