Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 16th October in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care. This is a cause close to my heart as they cared for my Uncle David when he suffered with Cancer in 2005. I am running the Marathon in his memory.

This is a mean feat. Although I was in the forces ten years ago, my fitness level is'nt very high. I am currently training hard and looking forward to the event.
