As some of you know I have decided that in August whilst in Turkey I am gonna paraglide off a 6000ft mountain!

It's time to start doing something for #mnd . The horrible disease took my mum almost two years ago and the charity need help 

So I am looking for people to sponsor me - every penny counts

By doing this I won't be able to chicken out of it so please everyone help
