I am running 10k race at Colchester zoo on 16th may. I have not run this distance in over 2 years. I want to prove to myself and to others it’s easy to forget what enjoyment you can get for going for a run to help with stress and relaxation no matter what your fitness levels are like.

I am aim to do this in an hour and for every minute over the hour I will donate an extra £10 every minute. When you donate could you put a time down that you think I will finish and closest to my time wins a signed Leyton Orient shirt.
