Our good friend James was due to be having a Stag Do in Benidorm on Friday 12th June, which is clearly & disappointingly not going to happen in the current situation. So I thought we would, as a group effort, try to run/walk the distance of 1326miles (from Newmarket to Benidorm, via several other cities) between us during our one form of exercise daily, during the lockdown between 27 April and 11 June. Another 14 of James' best mates have joined he and I to undertake the challenge, and are logging daily distances which feeds into the main info. to be updated each day on our facebook page. We are going to track our journey on a map, and have a route which takes us to London, Paris, Bordeaux and Barcelona on the way.

The event will encourage us all to exercise regularly, will provide some unity between us while we can't physically socialise, gives us a shared goal to work towards and is also a small help towards the amazing NHS that are leading the fight against the Coronavirus.
