I'm running in Tough Mudder http://toughmudder.co.uk/events/south-eastmidlands/ on the 13th (Sunday race).

I'm doing this because my own son James was born 2 months premature and the Staff at his hospital were fantastic. This year I decided to do something for the local hospital and help them raise much needed funds.

Running Tough Mudder isn't going to be easy, it involves running through Fire and being electrocuted and much more, worse still it is set over 12 miles. From first hand experience, there isn't one moment that will be tougher than every second that a premature baby goes through. I will be thinking of my own Son when I do this run, and remembering all the good times that we continue to have thanks to the hard work, determination and professionalism that the nurses showed him.
