I’m suffering from a very quick acting and inoperable brain tumour. I’ve  always loved walking and hiking and Countryfile has long been one of my favourite TV programmes. So the opportunity to do some good by joining in the annual Countryfile ramble seems too good to miss. Please help if you can! Thanks a lot!
