I ran 18 miles recently, my longest run ever. It took me 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete stopping twice for 30 seconds to have a banana and some water. I am now getting nervous and excited, I'm waking up in the night thinking about it, other marathon finishers are telling me this is most certainly going to be a day I will never forget.
