Just over 4 years ago my dad went missing for two weeks and Missing People launched an appeal to help find him. Most people know the outcome was not what me and my family had hoped for but without their support we didn’t have that hope of possibly bringing him home. 

It costs £90 to launch one of these appeals and if I can help just one family look for their loved one, I would be over the moon.

In lockdown, I started the couch to 5k despite telling myself I hated running and managed to complete it. I’ve since not kept that up and what better way to get back into it than challenging myself like this!
