Suffolk artlink help people who might not normally be able to participate in art experience the wellbeing that being creative brings.  They deliver accessible arts programmes, led by professional artists, for young people, older people, family carers and people with learning disabilities.

What am I doing?

I've entered the Great East Swim for the first time ever. The plan is to crawl by very first mile in a lake I am assured is home to an extended family of sizable pike.  Pikes allowing, I am challenging myself to swim it in 40 mins or less, which is likely to be rather tiring for a sedentary person like myself - so please do cross your fingers and donate some money!

What will your donation pay for?

- £10 will buy arts materials for children in hospitals

- £50 will pay for a music tutorial for young people

- £110 will pay for a professional artists to lead a workshop for a group of older people with dementia
