As many of you know I  have entered my first ever HALF MARATHON!

In 2005 I lost a very special friend to Cancer. I am attempting this half marathon in her honour.

Karen was the most incredible person, a true friend and an absolute laugh a minute. I miss her every single day.

I have completed two x 5km Race For life Run's in Karen's memory in the past so this run is my most insane idea yet.  The half marathon is scaring the beejesus out of me to be honest... so I need all the support I can get! .... Krunch - This one is for you ! I LOVE YOU !!!

I would appreciate any pennies you may have, it goes a very long way for a very good cause.
