Story

Jordan and I have decided to challenge our selves to walk 100 miles in January 2021.

As we are in lockdown what better way to get out and about and to stop us from going crazy.

We weren’t sure about asking for donations but it will help keep us motivated when the rain starts.

The reason we picked cruse is that they helped me so much in the early days after losing my brother. As you may or may not know my brother suddenly passed away in his sleep on the 6th April 2019. Shocked and overwhelmed with grief, I looked for some help to make sense of what had happened and to help me keep going. My brother meant the world to me so losing him was harder than I can ever explain. Although you can’t be cured of grief, they can help you to understand it or just give you a safe space to cry.

After the year we have all had and possible losses of loved ones. Cruse Scotland is here to help. They rely solely on donations to keep going. I for one would have been lost with out them so want to give something back.
