Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My 10 year old daughter, Leah, has decided she would like to do a sponsored swim in memory of a friend of the family who died a few weeks back from the effects of heart trouble and a stroke, he was 42 years old.  For the last few weeks of his life, he was looked after at Royal Brompton.  Leah has therefore decided she would like to try and raise some money to go towards the hospital and to help people in a similar situation as Gary was at Royal Brompton.

As her parents, my wife Angela and I are extremely proud of her own decision to do this, and would ask that you might consider sponsoring her in her swim, no matter how little which will encourage her all the more to complete it.

I have set a target of £150, purely because a target should be set, but if this is exceeded please do not let it put you off donating, the more money that can be raised the better.

Thank you

Jamie and Angela (Leah’s Mum and Dad)
