Each day 16 people commit suicide and 1 in 4 people experience mental health problems. 

Mental Health and suicide has always been a subject that not many people talk about when it's the biggest killer in men under 45.

I am choosing to raise money for Mind because like them I strongly believe that everyone experiencing a mental health problem should receive support and respect.
