On the 27th July I will be doing a 10,000 feet tandem skydive to raise money for the charity Refuge.Refuge is a charity that supports women & children living within or fleeing Domestic Abuse, by offering them safe emergency accommodation and life-changing services.

One in four women is abused during her lifetime and two women are killed each week by a partner or ex partner. Domestic Abuse is widespread and affects anyone regardless of background. Most women find it hard to ask for help and understandably do not speak out openly about their experiences. This means that we may all know someone who has or is being affected - it's just that we do not always know it. For over 37yrs, refuge has been providing life-saving and life-changing services. Your contribution could literally save  lives

Refuge is committed to a world where domestic abuse is not tolerated or ignored and where women and children can live safely. With your help we can move further towards achieveing this.
