My name is Leah i had a heart transplant on 1st October 2010, Myself and my fellow tranplant friends are going to climb snowdonia to raise money for BHF in honour of Donna Mansell,

Not that long ago I could hardly walk a few step let alone climb a mountain, so my aim is to raise awareness for organ donation and raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
