My Nan sadly passed away 19th December and without the hospice love, care and support we would not have been able to keep her at home. I will be forever thankful of the hospice and the time they spent with us, they treated my Nan as their own with the upmost respect. They helped us as a family through giving us time, support and advice for over 6 weeks. 

I’m doing this walk in honour of my Nanny Jean and to raise both money and awareness for the hospice and the wonderful work they do.
