On 23 July, I am taking on a Mighty Half Marathon Hike (14.5 miles to be precise) along the beautiful trails of the Peak District to raise money for people living with cancer. I am not a natural hiker, I'm not even really much of a walker even though I love an adventure, so I'll be digging deep for this fantastic cause.

In May 2022, we lost my lovely cousin Tin, who sadly passed at the age of just 46, after a short battle with cancer. He was an absolute legend, a total character and very much loved by us all. I'm taking on this challenge, in honour of our Tin. His bravery continues to inspire me everyday.

Cancer can affect lives in so many ways, but Macmillan Cancer Support do whatever it takes to give people the support they need. I'm very lucky and proud to have the chance to raise some money, for this wonderful organisation, along with my amazing colleagues.
